He has also been a portfolio manager and analyst at Susquehanna International Group, SAC Capital Advisors and start-up funds after starting his investment career in equity research at Lehman Brothers and Robertson Stephens.

Prior to Citadel, he was a private equity investor in the TMT group at GTCR in Chicago after starting his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse in San Francisco.

He started his professional career as an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank in New York.

Akash has over six years of finance experience. Prior to joining Sora Investors in 2023, he was a senior associate at Citadel LLC (Surveyor Capital) where he invested in enterprise software technology firms. He has also been a private equity investor in technology and telecommunications with Siris Capital Group in San Francisco. He started his career in mergers & acquisitions investment banking at Centerview Partners in New York.

He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York.

Most recently, he was the COO and a member of the management committee of the Riverview Omni Fund, Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s multi-manager hedge fund. He started his career in alternatives with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC.
